The Utica AUD is equipped to accommodate varying needs for the handicapped or disabled. Handicapped tickets are typically available for any AUD event, but please call the main office as quantities are limited. In addition, both the Steet Ponte and Labatt Blue Ticket entrances are handicapped accessible. The AUD also has a freight elevator for any lower level handicapped needs.

The closest airport to The AUD is Hancock International (SYR) in Syracuse, NY, which is approximately an hour away.
Pets and animals, other than those registered as service animals, are prohibited from The AUD. If you have any further questions regarding this matter, feel free to call the office at 315-738-0164.
There are two (2) ATMs in the main concourse of The AUD (located by sections 205 and 213).
The AUD asks all guests to arrive with enough time to go through bag check lines prior to the start of the event. All guests are subject to search. We ask that you travel light in order to expedite the entry process. Bags larger than the size of a backpack are prohibited.
The box office, located in the Labatt Blue Ticket Entrance, is open from 10 am – 4 pm daily and through the first period/first hour of Comets games or events. On the day of a game or day of a show during the week, the box office abides by the hours above. For events taking place on Saturday or Sunday, the box office opens at noon.
The bus drop-off area is located on Auditorium Drive across the street from the Labatt Blue Ticket Entrance.
Video cameras, tripods, audio recording devices, and cameras with zoom lenses are NOT permitted inside The AUD at any time. Please call the main office (315-738-0164) if you have questions regarding your camera to ensure it is not seized at doors. In addition, flash photography may be prohibited from certain events.
Children under the age of three (3) who sit on his/her parent’s lap during a game do not require a ticket for entry. Events are on a case-by-case basis, so please inquire before arrival.
There are four (4) concession stands open throughout the main concourse. Three (3) of these serve chicken fingers, French fries, soft pretzels, nachos, and other standard concession options. The fourth concession stand – Kookie’s Q – boasts specialized BBQ options ranging from sandwiches to combo platters.
There are four (4) beer stands open throughout the concourse, in addition to three (3) bars – One9Five9, The Horton Room, and Zetlin’s Lounge (member only). A fourth, Kilfoil’s Irish Pub, is located in the lower bowl.
The AUD accepts all major credit cards at concession stands and the team store.

Doors typically open an hour before the start of the show, but vary based on the specific event. Check the event calendar for more specific show and door times. For Comets games, doors open for season ticket holders only 90 minutes prior to puck drop.
The use of the freight elevator, located across from The Horton Room, is reserved for AUD staff and handicapped patrons.
While we are not always hiring, feel free to stop down at The AUD’s main office to pick up and submit a job application.
There are three entrances to The AUD – The Labatt Blue Ticket Entrance, Steet Ponte Ticket Entrance, and Aqua Vino Ticket Entrance. The Labatt Blue Entrance is the main entry point for all Comets games and events.
Food & Beverage
Outside food and beverages, including water, are not permitted inside The AUD.
Lost and Found
The AUD’s lost and found is located in the main office across from The Horton Room. You can also check on the status of a lost item by calling 313-738-0164.
If you become separated from your child at a game or event, please locate the nearest usher for assistance.

We ask that guests please refrain from bringing in outside food and beverage, audio/video/professional photography equipment, laser pens, unapproved pamphlets/handouts, weapons of any kind, illegal drugs/alcohol, and any other items deemed to be inappropriate by AUD Management. This list is not all-inclusive, so if you have an item in question, please call ahead of time.
There are two (2) women’s restrooms located by sections 201 and 219, and two (2) men’s restrooms located by sections 206 and 214. Both women’s restrooms are equipped with baby changing stations.
Signs & Banners
As long as they are not offensive and do not obstruct the view of others, signs and banners are typically allowed into The AUD. Signs may not be mounted on a stick or pole.
In compliance with New York regulations, there is no smoking permitted anywhere inside The AUD.

As a courtesy to others, we ask that you refrain from walking in the inner bowl until a whistle marks a stop in play. There are televisions throughout the inner concourse so you may watch play until a stoppage occurs.
You may find the Will Call box office located just inside the Labatt Blue Ticket Entrance. Please ensure you have your ID with you when picking up tickets.
